Price includes overnight parking for 5 nights Tuesday January 14th - Saturday January 18th.
(All guest must vacate Florida State Fairgrounds property by 5:30 Sunday January 19th.)

LICENSE AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Camper/RV guests use the Orient Rd Entrance, located at the Roadmasters Truck Driving School: 5025 Orient Rd Tampa, FL 33610
  • Electric hooks are available in 30 or 50 amp. Ensure to select the appropriate hook up for your RV/Camper. Choosing the wrong power hook up or choosing to use a converter can result in damage to the electrical equipment and/or RV/Camper. Guest is responsible for any and all cost/expenses resulting from damage to electrical equipment being used incorrectly. Florida State Fair Authority is not responsible for damage/fire/electrocution or any other harm that may be caused to guest or RV/Camper due to incorrect selection of electrical needs or improper usage. Offenders may be unplugged and ejected from fairgrounds without refund.
  • General Parking gate times Wednesday-Saturday 7:00am-6:00pm, Sunday 7:00am-5:00pm
  • Overnight parking move in Tuesday 12:00pm-7:00pm
  • We are unable to accommodate any early or late arrivals! No exceptions!
  • All campers/RV’s will be escorted to their assigned parking spot by a Florida State Fair staff member only. This agreement solely constitutes a license and shall not be constructed as a lease or other interest in land.
  • All spaces are assigned based on our questionnaire – we are unable to hold or reserve spaces for friends/family members that you wish to park close to. We will try to accommodate those that arrive together the best we can, but there are no guarantees.
  • You accept the assigned parking spot and the area surrounding it, along with the Fairgrounds in their AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS CONDITION and AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  • Camper/RV overnight parking area is fenced, with overnight security.
  • Please have overnight parking ticket(s) ready to present to the ticket scanner when entering the overnight parking area.A permit is provided at check-in and must be visibly displayed at all times.
  • Should you choose to leave the Fairgrounds please take the overnight permit with you to show upon re-entry.
  • All trailers and/or tow behind vehicles must be detached and parked in the designated parking area.
  • No awnings or elaborate outside set-ups shall be allowed, as spacing is tight.
  • A camper/RV movement within or outside of the overnight parking area will result in ejection from Fairgrounds without refund. Your Camper/RV must remain in its Assigned Spot!
  • Your Camper/RV must be moved from overnight parking no later than 30 minutes after the close of show on Sunday (5:30pm) If your Camper/RV is inoperable at move out, tow services will be at your expense.
  • Camper/RV not removed by check out time is subject to towing at owner’s expense.
  • All overnight parking is self-contained, there are no hook ups of any kind. Generators are permitted outside of quiet hours. Quiet hours are 11pm-6am daily.
  • Dumping of any kind is unlawful and not permitted anywhere on the Fairgrounds property. Anyone caught will be immediately ejected without refund and fined up to $500.
  • Well-mannered pets are permitted, but must be on a leash outside of Camper/RV. Please pick up after your pet.
  • All Camper/RVs and patrons must exit the Fairgrounds by 5:30 pm on Sunday January 19th, there is No Overnight parking on the final day of the show. No Exceptions!
  • No Open flames of any kind to include but not limited to gas/propane fire pits/campfires/wood burning fires etc. Propane grills are permitted for cooking but are to be continuously monitored.
  • The Uniformed Fire Code requires that aisles be kept clear at all times. Do not block the roadways or aisles. Park only in authorized areas.
  • All trash must be bagged and placed in provided dumpster(s). Do not leave trash of any kind sitting out overnight.
  • Florida State Fair Authority reserves the right to remove your vehicle/RV/Camper for any reason.
  • There is no soliciting permitted anywhere on the Fairgrounds.
  • You assume responsibility for your Camper/RV and all of your goods, materials and property while on the Fairgrounds and waive and release any responsibility/liability of the Florida State Fair Authority for any damage, loss or theft of said items.
  • Should an emergency arise, contact fairgrounds staff immediately.
  • Should an emergency after hours, alert the “on duty” deputy, call fairgrounds security 813-740-4201 or if necessary call 911.
