DEADLINES
Reservations required by January 5th, 2026. Reservations will only be processed Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. EST. and No more than 6 months in advance.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Sleeping tents, charcoal grilling and open flame fires are prohibited in the Florida State Fair camping areas. Awnings are not allowed when camping during the Florida State Fair only.
RESERVATION ORDER
No specific lot number will be guaranteed to any reservation. Lots are assigned as campers arrive. We reserve the right to rent lot if exhibit is cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS
Refunds will only be provided if cancellation is made in writing and received no later than (2) weeks prior to the check-in date.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
If an email address is provided, a confirmation will be sent to email once the reservation is received.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made in full at time of reservation.
In accordance with the FTC’s
new “Junk Fees Rule”, all convenience fees are included in the pricing below.
**If you are planning to camp for any event other than 2026 State Fair Livestock exhibit at the fairgrounds, please do NOT fill out this form. Contact kimberley.moritz@floridastatefair.com for the correct form.
